Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: Terms of payment are net 7 days from date of our invoice. Validity: Price valid for 30 days from date of this quotation. GST: GST is applied where applicable at the rate of 10%. Cancellation: Any contract or order for goods or service arising from the quotation may not be cancelled except by mutual consent in writing. Title: Legal title to the products shall not pass from Rheology Solutions to you until such time as full payment is received. |
